The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the famous Trevi fountain and other major attractions. there are plenty of shops and boutiques in the area, making it a great place for shopping enthusiasts like myself.

Christmas at this hotel was a letdown. The only positive aspects were the friendly staff and the convenient location. Despite the lackluster experience, the staff members were helpful and kind. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. these small advantages were not enough to make up for the disappointing experience.
The negatives far outweighed the positives at this hotel. the room was in poor condition, with a strong smell from the canalization that couldn't be fixed.

Some areas of the hotel were a bit dusty, but overall it didn't detract from the experience.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city, with affordable prices. The location is perfect for seeing all the historical sights of the city. The staff is amazing, always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well-decorated with comfortable round beds and a great view of the city. Breakfast is included, which is always a plus.
